I selected this company as they advertise best service and pricing for express shipping. Once I contacted them I explained when I needed the goods delivered. My requests were ignored by them. Once I contacted them and put them in touch with my vendor, the goods were picked up right away. This was to my understanding that they picked them up so quickly since it was express. Come to find out, a few days later, they were shipping by sea, after my numerous messages that it needed to be Express. Once that was finally acknowledged I was sent the additional bills. Which ended up being higher then other shippers I had previously contacted. I had a date of arrival that I needed and mentioned, once again, when the goods needed to arrive. These messages were ignored again and the goods arrived 7 business days after the date I noted numerous times. We have lost our clients business. I have requested a refund for a refund for 40% of the cost, which is reasonable, and they are denying this refund.
